A major in 通信科学 and Disorders provides an academically challenging pre-professional education in the field of speech-language hearing pathology in preparation for 研究生 school or for licensure. Support courses are provided in the fields of biology, 物理, and psychology that are required for professional certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

The HSU PA program is dedicated to academic excellence in medical education. Students can enter this professional program upon completion of a bachelor’s degree and specified prerequisite courses. The PA program will take 27 months to complete on a full-time basis.

This program prepares individuals who demonstrate excellence in the practice of physical therapy and are enlightened by Christian faith and values. Service-learning is an integrated component of the curriculum.
